About Anthony Bean Community Theater:
The Anthony Bean Community Theater and Acting School (ABCT) is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves as a central hub for cultural expression and youth empowerment in New Orleans. Through its extensive history of productions, innovative youth programs like ABCT Teen Talk TV, and broad educational initiatives, ABCT promotes a strong appreciation of Black culture while equipping young people with skills for personal and professional growth. Its sound financial management, community engagement strategies, and dedication to inclusivity highlight its important role in the local arts scene and its ongoing contributions to cultural enrichment and social dialogue.

Camp Hours

(campers must not arrive before 8:30 am)

Camp Activities: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (dismissal: 3:15 pm)

After Camp Supervision: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

Camp Session Fees

  • We're excited to have your camper join us! The one-time registration fee is $50, and it is non-refundable. Please complete the payment during registration to ensure your camper's spot is reserved. Thank you, and we can't wait for a fun-filled experience!
  • One camper t-shirt: $18
  • Concessions (optional snacks): $18 + tax/week. The camper can choose a snack (chips, cookies, candy) and a cold drink or bottle of water.
